REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Shoplowcost Store accepts returns (only for defective merchandise) or request of size exchanges within and not later than 14 days from the receipt of the order.
Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping charges unless the item is returned due to defects. In this case Shoplowcost Store will cover your return shipping costs.
For multiple orders, Shoplowcost Store might send you more than one address, depending on if the items are from the same factory. Shoplowcost Store will refund the total amount only if the defectiveness/non-compliancy can be proven. Shoplowcost Store will ask their client to send photos via email of the defect/non-compliant article.
“That’s not my taste”, “I don’t like it”, “it smells”, “the color is slightly different than in the photo” etc. are not sufficient for demanding a refund, as these are individual and suggestive opinions.
However, Shoplowcost Store will evaluate case by case and decide if a refund can be effectuated, by sending the item back on the client’s own expense, if not declared differently by Shoplowcost Store.
As well for the returns as for size exchanges, the items have to be returned in a perfect condition, which includes their original shipping carton box and tag, they have to be unwashed, without any perfume, cigarette, or other odors.
The items have to be safely packed into their original box or a similar packaging to guarantee a safe transport.
In case one of the above mentioned points won’t be followed or met, Shoplowcost Store is free to deny the return/exchange or refund of the items.
For the refunds or exchange we need around 60 days after you received your package.
Intimates and swimwear are not returnable.
How can I exchange an article?

- Our customer service will get in touch with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible
- You’ll receive an address where to return the item
- You’ll be contact by our customer service as soon as we receive the parcel in order to find the best solution for you
- Usually it takes between 20 to 30 days until we receive your returned parcel
